Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of Wyoming, and BLS certification. Relevant clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting for a minimum of one year within the past 12 months. Additional certifications or continuing education pertinent to Medical Surgical Nursing are preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to medical-surgical nursing is also advantageous.
- Additional Information: The nurse will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and revise care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care. Responsibilities include documentation of all patient interactions, supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel, and participating in quality improvement activities. The role may involve interaction with patients, families, and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions. Flexibility to work the specified shift schedule is required.
