Medical-Surgical & Bariatric Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:00 | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend & Floating Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) coverage required. Floating required to other medical-surgical units. No block scheduling.
    • RTO Protocol: Minimal to no RTO; all pre-approved time off (maximum 1 request) must be included at time of submission.
    • Attire & Orientation: Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided). 24 total orientation hours (16 non-billable orientation hours).

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline & Travel History [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience required [HARDSTOP]. Prior travel RN experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Charge RN experience preferred.
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Georgia State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Preferred Credentials: Active ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.
  • EMR Proficiency: Experience with Soarian EMR.
