Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU at a leading acute-care hospital in Clarksville, TN. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are flexible and ready to meet the staffing needs of the unit. This is a contract position with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.
  • Float to Stepdown/ER as needed.
  • Maintain a patient ratio of 1-2 in a 21 bed unit.
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.
  • Participate in unit scheduling and be flexible to meet staffing needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel experience preferred.
  • Tennessee nursing license or compact license must be on file at the time of submission.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM).
  • Weekend shifts are required.

**Additional Information:**

  • No time off will be approved from 9/19-10/17 due to Epic Go Live.
  • Scrubs: Navy.
