Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Medical Surgical specialty, specifically within the 2NE Orthopedics-Urology unit. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Orthopedics-Urology unit.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

  • Current Arkansas RN license or compact license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • No hits on license of any sort will be accepted.
  • Candidates must not have been a staff employee within the last 5 years.

Schedule and Shift Details

  • Contract options available for 8 or 13 weeks.
  • Shift: Night shift (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 - 07:00).
  • Weekends are required; no call schedule is in place.
  • Scrub color: Any color except pink.
