Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
  • Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
  • Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
  • Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
  • Utilize EPIC (required) for documentation and care coordination

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
  • AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
  • EPIC experience required
  • Must be available for night shift, 36 hours per week
  • September start date required; holiday RTO will not be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous acute care facility experience
