Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or equivalent nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with PICC/CVC management
• Wound care experience required
• Ability to float between Med-Surg or equivalent units as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Manage PICC/CVC lines and perform wound care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support safe discharges, patient education, and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold unit standards for patient safety
• Adapt to float assignments when needed within comparable nursing areas
