Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit Details

Join a dynamic team providing care in a general medical-surgical setting, specializing in Peritoneal Dialysis and Radial band recovery. This role does not involve PCI procedures.

Schedule

Weekend: Every other weekend required.
Shift: Day shifts, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:30).
Flexibility: Must be adaptable to facility scheduling; no schedule requests will be entertained.

Call Requirements

No call responsibilities are required for this position.

Floating

Travelers may be required to float within the facility as necessary, within the scope of practice.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Compliance and Orientation

Compliance: Full compliance is mandatory to start on time. Non-compliance may result in a delay of up to 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation scheduling.
Orientation: Number of non-billable orientation hours varies based on contract length (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment).

Holiday Requirements

Travelers are expected to work major holidays as follows:

One major holiday: Work one.
Two major holidays: Work both.
Three major holidays: Work two out of three.

Major Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
