Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Med/Surg setting.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Chemo certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
