Travel to Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico, for a 13-week Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse job caring for adult and geriatric patients on a supportive, team-oriented unit.

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a compact license eligible prior to start
• 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Comfort caring for adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients
• Ability to work weekends and float within scope
• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care in a busy medical-surgical hospital setting
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and support individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and use critical thinking to prioritize care
• Support safe unit flow while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
