Contract | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to care throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid and in good standing
• Arizona RN licensure or multistate compact license accepted
• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital or similar acute care environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
