Recognizes normal and abnormalfindings when gathering data.Planning - Develops a plan that prescribesstrategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.Evaluates progress toward attainment of goalsand outcomes. Reports data and outcomes to as appropriate to physician and/orother disciplines.Outcomes Identification - Identifies expectedoutcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation.Implements care and supervises care delivered byother team members in alignment with the plan of care and approved safety andinfection control standards.Serves as strong, positive role model for otherhealth care team members.Assesses patients' conditions and care deliverythrough direct observation, rounding, and data input from other team members.Teaching - Employs teaching strategies topromote health and a safe environment.Enhances professional growth through classesrelated to communication, teaching, stress management, conflict resolution,team building annually.
