Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Mother/Baby RN experience required
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Strong experience in Mother/Baby, postpartum, or maternal newborn nursing preferred
• Must be available to work scheduled holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, family-centered nursing care to Mother/Baby patients
• Monitor postpartum mothers and newborns, supporting safe recovery and transition home
• Educate and support families on newborn care, feeding, and postpartum guidance
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Respond to the needs of a busy Mother/Baby unit with compassion, efficiency, and teamwork
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards of care
