Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency. Budget Management: Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation. Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards.
