OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey.

- Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath and EP Labs
- Manage workflow, staffing, and patient throughput
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage operating and capital budgets
- Monitor quality, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement
- Drive process improvement and implementation of best practices
- Support advanced cardiovascular procedures and technologies
- Help lead the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs
- Oversee expansion and integration of additional procedure rooms
5+ years of management experience - 5+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing large-volume Cath/EP operations
- Experience managing 4–5+ labs
- Experience with complex medical centers/teaching institutions
- Critical Care / high-risk patient experience
- Experience with interventional cardiology
- Experience with electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols
- Ideally, experience leading a Structural Heart program
