Position Details

• Position: RN Manager – NICU / PICU / Pediatrics
• Location: Chicago, IL
• Start Date: September 1, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 24/7 Leadership Accountability
• Weekend Requirement: As needed (not to exceed one weekend shift per month)

 

Travel Pay Package

• Weekly Gross: $3,405
• Weekly Taxable: $1,200
• Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $2,205

 

Local Pay Package

• $72/hour (local candidates within 75 miles)

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN License
• BSN Required
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• Minimum 5 Years of NICU Experience
• Minimum 2 Years of Leadership Experience as a Supervisor or Charge Nurse
• Cerner Experience Required

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Bilingual Skills
