RN Unit Supervisor / Unit-Based Leader

Required Experience:

  • Nursing leadership/supervisory experience
  • Experience supervising and directing RNs and ancillary staff
  • Strong collaboration with Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff
  • Experience with patient safety, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction
  • Ability to use independent judgment and professional discretion

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 40 hours/week
