Pyramid Consulting is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

️ 13-Week Contract
☀️ Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Looking for a consistent weekday nursing schedule while making a meaningful impact on pediatric patients and their families? This could be your next opportunity!
• Provide safe, patient-centered pediatric and family-focused nursing care
• Assess patients, develop care plans, implement interventions & evaluate outcomes
• Care for patients with moderate to complex health needs
• Collaborate with families, providers and multidisciplinary care teams
• Provide patient/family education and support discharge planning
• Prioritize and delegate care appropriately
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate effectively with the care team
• Participate in patient care rounds and contribute recommendations to the plan of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow regulatory requirements
• Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, respectful care
• Support unit and departmental Professional Practice Model (PPM) councils
✔️ Nursing Diploma required
✔️ Active PA or NJ RN License
✔️ BLS Certification – AHA, Red Cross, or qualifying organization
✔️ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency with clinical information systems and basic Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Pediatric nursing experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• BSN
• Professional Nursing Organization membership
