Shift: 3x12/VARIED (First 30 days (September) will be NIGHTS: WED, THUR, and FRI, following 30 days (October) will be DAYS x2/NIGHTS x1 MIX: THUR, FRI, and SAT, last 30 days (November) will be DAYS: SAT, SUN, and MON), Length: 13 weeks, GT: 36, Start: 8/24/26, FLU SHOT REQUIRED, ICF Facility (all residents have intellectual development issues/disabilities - patient population age range: 21-70), Candidates need to have G-Tube experience.
