Job Summary
Long Term Care Registered Nurse position in Denver, Colorado. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients in a long-term care setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe and effective patient care, while maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, current licensure as a registered nurse with a Colorado or multi-state compact license, ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association), vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, preferred wound care experience, and must attach Certifications to the submission.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care facilities and wound care skills.
  • Additional Information: Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and hold a multi-state compact RN license. Patient ratios are 1:6. Submissions without the required template will be rejected.
