Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) at a facility in Berlin, WI. This 12-hour day shift assignment is designed to support the care of long-term and rehabilitation patients over an 8-week period. Job Details:

- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Certifications: WI RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
- Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in long term care or post-acute settings; Will accept acute care experience in lieu of LTC if experienced; Strong charting skills with Epic preferred and Pyxis highly preferred; Experience with wound care, blood draws, and following physician orders; Ability to float to a designated facility with rehab and long-term care patients; Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles).
- Preferred Qualifications: Long term care experience preferred.
- Float: Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles).
- Unit Information: 20-bed long-term care and 17-bed rehab; RN patient ratio of 1:17-20
- Orientation: 5 days total (1 day onboarding, 4 shifts with preceptor)
- Shift Requirements: Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
- On Call / Call Back: None
- Interview Days: Monday through Friday
- Interview Types: MSP Interview
