• Patient ratio: ~1:20
• Staffing model:1 RN per hall + med tech per hall
• CNA ratio:1:8–10 (days) | 1:20 (nights)
• Required practices:
  • Bedside Shift Report (BSSR)
  • AIDET
  • Hourly rounding

Requirements

• Active RN license (required)
• BLS (AHA only)
• 1+ year LTC experience (required)
