Shift: combination of nights and evenings

Requirements: Demographics in the system: Full Name, Perm Address & Cell number Will not accept anyone under 50 Miles from the facility. If HCP is 50-100 miles, we can book at a reduced rate Up to date resume or Work Experience that includes facility name, units worked & Dayes employed. All gaps of employment should be explained. *Include years of experience in LTC and documents travel experience.
