Shift Time: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Night Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $41.46 - $48.37 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS certification required
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
36 guaranteed hours per week
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans, treatments, and health management
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support quality patient outcomes through effective communication and care coordination
