TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Moses Lake, Washington, 98837!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document resident health status and report changes to the care team
Maintain valid RN licensure and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on-site
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
