Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Unit Manager overseeing day-to-day nursing operations on assigned unit
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during day shift, Monday through Friday
• Participate in on-call rotation on weekends as assigned
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and care protocols within a skilled nursing environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Previous unit management or charge nurse experience
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and care planning in a SNF environment
