Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient health and safety
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance requirements, and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact equivalent)
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer
• Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient monitoring protocols
