TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Exeter, New Hampshire, 03833!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
Adhere to all facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in SNF settings
Strong communication and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced care environment
