Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans
- Monitor and document resident health status and report changes to appropriate clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on facility grounds
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a registry or travel nursing capacity
- Familiarity with mid-shift workflows in a SNF or LTC setting
