Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health records system for documentation and care coordination
Monitor and assess resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate care team members
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact license eligibility)
PointClickCare (PCC) experience required
COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Familiarity with night shift workflows in a residential care setting
