Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents during night shift hours
- Perform supervisory duties, overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality of care standards are met
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, responding appropriately to changes in patient status
- Adhere to facility policies and maintain a clean, professional appearance per scrub requirements
- Participate in orientation activities scheduled during first shift prior to beginning night shift assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior supervisory experience in a nursing setting is required
- Availability to work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Ability to commit to a 6-week contract with expected hours of 32 per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills in a geriatric or LTC environment
- Experience leading or mentoring nursing staff on overnight shifts
