PAY:
Local Pay - $60 to $62/hr on W2.

 

Travelers Pay: 
Taxable Amount - $42.75/hr on W2
Lodging Stipend - $700 weekly
Meals Stipend - $540 weekly
Weekly Gross - $2,950 weekly including stipend for 40 hours.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Long Term Care
Location - Montour Falls, NY, 14865
Duration - 13 weeks contract
Evening Shift - 3 pm to 11:30 pm 

Weekly Hours - 40 hours 

Scrubs of any color may be worn by the employee.

Staffing ratios for this shift are 1 RN - 2 LPN - 3-4 CNA for 40 residents. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Respond to emergencies and changes in condition, initiating appropriate interventions.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations (e.g., CMS guidelines).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and disease management.
Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.

 

REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience within the specialty

New York RN license, BLS
