Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.
Will do a 48-hr weekly guarantee. Flat OT rate - any hours worked past 48 in a work week increase bill rate. RN Patient Ratio 1:30 days 1:54 nights (Med aides working the med pass and they have very low acuity LTC patents) 2 units: (travelers are expected to float depending on their skillset.) 1: LTC - 58 beds 2: TCU - 14 beds (wound vacs, IV's similar to stepdown) (don't require experience in those areas but preferred if they have it. If they don't will likely not have them work that unit.) Can choose 36 guarantee if preferred. Most nurses choose the 48 though. Weekends: no guarantee if it's e/o needs to be flexible on this.
