Job Title: Professional RN Team Lead
Facility Type/Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Facility Details: 120-bed facility with 3 units; maximum 40 residents per unit
Shift & Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, 5 days per week
Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks listed; confirm with facility

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Floating Requirements: May float to other units as staffing permits
 

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• BLS
• Strong time management, critical thinking, delegation, and prioritization skills
• Ability to document thoroughly in the EMR
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or sit for extended periods as required

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
• Provide direct patient care and advocate for residents
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Delegate tasks and prioritize patient care
• Follow ethical and professional standards and promote evidence-based practice
• Maintain clinical competency and complete required education
• Participate in unit councils and staff meetings
• May cover the LPN medication cart when staffing requires and permits
