Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure high-quality patient care in Camden, Maine.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily unit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and facility leadership.
  • Support staff development and ensure efficient unit operations.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS
  • Covid Card
  • DL
  • Previous nursing leadership or unit management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Experience in patient care coordination and clinical documentation.
