SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Night Shift
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $27.78 - $32.41 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to work as a travel healthcare professional
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care and treatments to residents
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses
- Assess resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff
- Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and care goals
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $27.78 - $32.41 per hour
