Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
