TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Vestal, New York, 13850!

Job Title: RN Supervisor Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Care Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 8 hours (22:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required. Charge/supervisor experience is ideal. License: Must have active State license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Strong attendance and punctuality required Description: CANNOT change shift or add time off once offered. RN Supervisor role; will need to supervise others and work a med-cart. Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience in Long-Term Care. Experience in rehabilitation, med-surg, or hospital settings may be accepted if Long-Term Care experience is present. Work with a patient population that includes individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia. Must be local to the area. Every other weekend shift is required upon facility request. No floating between units required. First-time travelers are accepted. Must provide proof of license at the time of submission. RTO is only approved at the time of submission. Cannot take every holiday off. Any call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior. Compliance may take 1.5-2 weeks. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills are required. Candidate should have a personable and professional demeanor. Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities is essential. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Dependability and consistent attendance are necessary. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Modules are required to be completed as soon as possible and no later than 3 days prior to the assignment start date. This facility includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, wound care, and more. Clothing may be any solid color scrubs and closed-toe shoes. Charting is required, but specific systems are not disclosed. Additional details regarding clinical issues while on assignment may arise if there are concerns reported. Investigations may take place based on reported issues. Decisions regarding next steps will be communicated after investigation completion.
