Description

Fall River Health Services is looking for a Charge Nurse RN for its Long Term Care team. In this role, you will provide general nursing care to residents, contributing to overall resident care guided by the care plan and professional standards. You will supervise nursing assistants, make nursing assessments, develop care plans, and ensure safe medication administration. Effective communication with physicians and families, along with participation in quality management programs, are essential to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements
  • State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
  • General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT)
