Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as unit manager overseeing a 20-bed Skilled Nursing unit
  • Coordinate and supervise day-to-day clinical operations on the unit
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care planning and outcomes
  • Maintain valid state RN licensure and required credentials throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or compact equivalent
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, or a documented religious/medical exemption from employer on file; additional doses required where mandated by law
  • Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience in a unit manager or charge nurse leadership role
  • Familiarity with skilled nursing regulations and Medicare/Medicaid compliance
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills in a post-acute care environment
