Position: LPN – Long-Term Care
Shift:12-hour nights
Schedule: 3×12 shifts
Guaranteed Hours:36 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Nursing License – Required
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) experience – Preferred
  • LPN experience

Work Setting

  • Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
  • Location is a Veterans Community Living Center
  • Primarily caring for long-term/elderly residents in a residential care setting.
