Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents across a wide range of diagnoses in a 128-bed skilled nursing facility
Manage a resident assignment in accordance with facility staffing ratios
Document and maintain accurate resident records using PointClickCare (PCC) EMR
Complete facility-specific orientation pathway in collaboration with on-site staff
Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation schedules as assigned
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of North Dakota or a compact state
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates
Preferred Experience / Skills
Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar long-term care EMR systems
Experience managing diverse patient diagnoses in a high-census SNF environment
IV Certification (IV-C) preferred
