Key Responsibilities
Provide supervisory nursing oversight within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
Oversee and coordinate patient care activities during the mid shift
Monitor and assess resident health status, responding to changes in condition as appropriate
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and care standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident safety and quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Maine
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
Must have completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series, or provide a documented religious or medical exemption from employer
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role within LTC or SNF settings
Familiarity with mid-shift nursing operations and staffing coordination
