Seeking an experienced and compassionate Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $36.45 - $42.53 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Must be eligible to work as a local travel healthcare professional
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and patients
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate significant changes in condition to the healthcare team
  • Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health management
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $36.45 - $42.53 per hour
