GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $53.40 - $62.30 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Current BLS Certification required
- Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
- Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff
- Commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and nursing assistants
- Assess resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions
- Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
- Assist with staffing coordination and assignment management
- Monitor quality of care and address clinical concerns promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, efficient, and resident-centered care environment
