  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $53.40 - $62.30 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care settings preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
  • Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff
  • Commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and nursing assistants
  • Assess resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions
  • Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
  • Assist with staffing coordination and assignment management
  • Monitor quality of care and address clinical concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and resident-centered care environment

  • Competitive pay rate of $53.40 - $62.30 per hour
