Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced RN to join a Post-Acute/Long-Term Care team, partnering with residents and other care providers to deliver a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment through direct and indirect care. Units include:

• 3 East – 31-bed specialized Alzheimer's/dementia unit, focused on tailored care using both verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
• Transitional Rehabilitation Unit – 42-bed short-term skilled nursing and rehab unit for patients recovering from fractures, joint replacements, back surgery, stroke, and other short-term conditions; includes IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric assessment/management
• 3 West – 42-bed long-term care unit providing home-like, long-term placement care
