Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to a long-term care geriatric population in a skilled nursing facility setting
Manage a patient assignment within a 1:15 nurse-to-patient ratio across night shift hours
Document patient care and clinical information using Point Click Care (EMR)
Participate in weekend rotations on an every-other or every-third weekend schedule
Work holidays on an as-needed basis
Complete facility-specific orientation prior to beginning independent assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license
Ability to work variable shift lengths (8-hour and 12-hour shifts) on night shift
Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility may be subject to local pay rates
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Experience working with geriatric patient populations
Familiarity with Point Click Care or similar EMR platforms
