26-week contract | 12-hour shifts
Seeking an experienced LTC RN for a 26-resident long-term care facility. RNs serve as charge nurse, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor residents.
- Schedule: 7a–7p
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- Holidays: Every other major holiday
- Call/Floating: None
- Ratio: 1:10 days / 1:19 nights
- EMR: Matrix
- Patient population: Heart disease, diabetes, dementia
- BLS required
- LTC experience required
- 50+ miles from facility required
- No IVs, titratable drips, or telemetry
- 2–3 shifts of unit-specific orientation
- RTO must be submitted upfront; max 7 days per 13-week period
