In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to a diverse resident population with complex chronic and long-term health needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for long-term care residents • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols • Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate findings to the care team promptly • Coordinate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support resident rehabilitation goals • Educate residents and family members on care plans, medications, and disease management • Document resident assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record • Ensure compliance with federal and state long-term care regulations and facility policies ✅ Requirements • Active WI or Compact RN license • CPR/BLS certification • 0+ years of Long-Term Care experience • Proficiency in care plan development and electronic health record documentation • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection control standards Pay Pay range: $1,980 to $2,055 per week. Travel Long-Term Care RN package: up to $2,055/week (36 hours) = $37/hour taxable + up to $723/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $55/hour fully taxable ($1,980/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
