TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in McVille, North Dakota, 58254!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
Document resident status, progress, and care accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a compact state license that is valid for practice in North Dakota
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Ability to work a days/nights mix schedule across a Sunday-Saturday facility work week
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract nursing experience
Familiarity with long-term care documentation and regulatory compliance standards
Strong communication and adaptability skills in a fast-paced care environment
