Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
• Document resident status, progress, and care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or a compact state license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in SNF environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care setting
